Shipping Methods :
Orders are usually shipped by using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Handling time: 1-2 days (Monday – Friday)
Transit time: 2-4 days. (Monday – Saturday)
Our Order cut-off Time: 5 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time ( US & Canada)
Shipping Rate: Free shipping for all orders within the USA.
Shipping Confirmation :
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the USPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order at any time by clicking TRACK ORDER link.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
If you have created an account with us, you can simply check the status of your order by logging in to your account and clicking Order History in the left side menu.
If you choose not to create an account with us, you can check the status of your order anytime by clicking TRACK ORDER at the top right corner.
To check the status of your order at any time:
1. Click TRACK ORDER and enter your email address and order number (you will find this information in your order confirmation email, please check your email).
2. This will bring you to Order Details, click on the tracking number to the right of any item to get up-to-date information and the location of your package.
