We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, go to submit return/exchange request form. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note it’s free to return a product we do not charge a restocking fee, however, you will be charged a return shipping label fee of $7.99 or you could use your own.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you wish to get an exchange instead of a return please select “Exchange” during return/exchage request form.
Refunds
We will process a refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the item back to our returns location. You will be notified via email when the return/refund process has been completed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
